Digital Bridge Solutions was founded to address the growing gap between the technology “haves” and the “have nots” among today's businesses. Large multinational corporations, diversified conglomerates, and “big box” retail companies have taken up commanding positions in nearly every industry and are threatening to squeeze out smaller, local providers.
Because of their greater resources, operational economies of scale, and attention they receive from the vendor community, these large organizations are often able to deploy systems and technologies that give them significant cost advantages over smaller organizations. This creates an expanding “Digital Divide”, whereby large companies have access to the tools and know-how that allows them to continually improve their service offerings and realize greater efficiencies, while smaller organizations without the same access get left by the wayside.
We are not interested in a future where the same retail and hospitality chains occupy every corner and strip mall across America. It is our belief that the nation is dependent upon small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) to provide the unique offerings and personalized service that enrich our lives and make our country great . SMB’s are a critical component of our national economy, offering consumers a wealth of options to choose from and providing employment opportunities to a range of communities.
